He consults at Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Science and serves as a visiting oncologist at Jaslok and Fortis Raheja in Mumbai, with prior experience at Tata Memorial Center.

Dr. Bhosale actively engages in cancer awareness programs in Mumbai and Maharashtra and is a distinguished member of scientific societies like the Indian Cooperative Oncology Network, Mumbai Hematology Group, European Society of Medical Oncology, and the American Society of Medical Clinical Oncology. He has received international recognition and has been an invited speaker at the UAE Cancer Congress.
